Day 1 of Wellbeing Week

Eoghan O'Donnell, Dublin GAA and Rory's Stories pay a visit to LCC
Day 1 of Wellbeing Week

Our TYs heard from Rory's Stories today as part of our Wellbeing Week schedule. Worthwhile messages from Rory: "if you put your mind to it you can do it"; "addictive personalities have a positive and negative platform- the positive platform can see energy being used for the good" and, most importantly, "if you're low speak to somebody".

Thanks also to Dublin hurler Eoghan O'Donnell for visiting our First Years to talk about how to balance sport, nutrition, school and a social life. He reminded us to be aware that everyone's social media is the best version of themselves, we all have something we are good at and that if we had a Lamborghini we would be conscious of the fuel we use so do the same for our bodies ! @TacklingTeenageTroubles @YSInow #wellbeingweek
