LCA 1 finished up the year by making a meal from the fruit and veg they have grown in our polytunnel as part of Agriculture Horticulture with their teacher Ms. Singelton. They have been busy planting lettuce, cucumber, peas, courgette, lettuce, beetroot, onions and strawberries to name a few! Once harvested they decided to use the ingredients to make some salads, burgers and chips in Hotel, Catering and Tourism. Some very tasty results! Super bunch of students who have achieved a lot this year. Well done all!
